You’ll roll up your sleeves with our chefs and explore all these ingredients and recipes in our own kitchen, but an exciting two days at the popular Los Dos cooking school featured in Oprah’s magazine and in Travel and Leisure will be a highlight of this edible journey.

Candy bars, milk shakes, cookies, flavored coffee-even cereal and medicine--- chocolate has been a key ingredient in many of our daily eats. The story of chocolate spans more than 2,000 years flavors the local Yucatán cuisine.
